bulletFunattic -  This site has many different indoor and outdoor game ideas.  Such as tag and relay games to play in PE class or with friends.
bulletGames Kids Play - This site gives instructions for hundreds of outdoor activities. Included are traditional games and jump rope rhymes.
bulletDana Playground Equipment  - An online catalog offering trampolines, play sets, slides, and swing set.

bullet The largest Playground equipment site - This site claims that they have the largest stock of playground equipment on the web.  They have commercial products such as Amusement games, equipment, and rides.  They also have play structures such as shelters and gazebos, and scoreboards.  Their equipment is made for both indoors and outdoors.   So it this equipment would work for a PE class that had class both inside and outside.
