I chose Volcanoes for my theme. It is aimed towards fifth grade students. Possible standards that may be addressed might include:
- investigate and describe how Earth’s surface is constantly changing.
- describe geological features of Earth.
- model the way natural forces affect the surface of the earth.
- relate natural forces to fast and slow changes in Earth’s surface.
