bulletInternational Children's Digital Library - A great site with information available for children and parents.  There are many books available for children to read directly on the site.
bulletKids Web: The Digital Library for K-12 Students - Each subject section, contains a list of links to information that is understandable and interesting to school kids. There are also links to external lists of material on each subject which more advanced students can browse for further information.

bulletAmerican Library Association - There are many different sections for educators and tools for education or careers.  You can also find information on scholarships, research and libraries near you.

bulletTeachers.net Library – This reference site is an excellent site for maps, calculators and encyclopedias. There is an easy to use search feature.
bulletInternet School Library Media Center - Featured in Library Hi Tech, this site is an easy to use reference to Internet sites. It is organized by curriculum areas and in addition to Social Studies, Language Arts and Mathematics, it also includes Vocational Education and Special Education.
bulletLibrary of Congress Online - The Library of Congress mission is to make its resources available and useful to the Congress and the American people and to sustain and preserve a universal collection of knowledge and creativity for future generations. This site also has excellent exhibits. There is a great search feature.
bulletSouth Dakota State Library – From this home page, you can access the libraries on the SDLN network plus use their search facilities to locate hard copy as well as electronic materials. There are links to other libraries in South Dakota and even reserve forms to ask for materials to be sent to you.
