Welcome to the Snow Page for 2nd Grade
I chose Snow for my theme for 2nd grade students. This is a great way to introduce winter to your students. The South Dakota standards that would be addressed:
* investigate and describe basic types and patterns of weather. (example: high and low temperature, wind, precipitation, storms)
* describe the uses and importance of measuring and recording weather data.
* describe how weather and seasonal changes affect plants, animals, and their surroundings.
