Rainforest

Theme- I chose the Rainforest for my theme.  Go on a Rainforests: Virtual Tour to begin learning about the rainforest!
This theme can be used for kindergarten through first grade students.  Here are possible standards that can be addressed with this theme:

        Content Standards:

• recognize similarities and differences in diverse species.
• describe ways that plants and animals depend on each other.
• explore the habitat.
• describe the flow of energy in a simple food chain.
